At our ‘Little Stars’ Free SEND Stay and Play Group, we offer a quiet and inviting inclusive space for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive. Our primary focus is to nurture play development in a safe and supportive environment while offering parents a valuable opportunity to connect with one another.

Within our group, you'll find a carefully curated selection of activities designed to stimulate your child's development and engage their senses. For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginners class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence.

with the person you care for
Series of six walks to promote well-being and connection in nature.

Why not start the spring by joining a walk in nature with the person you care for?  These small groups provide a chance to explore come beautiful green spaces around the Fishponds area with other carers and dependents.
6 weekly walks on Wednesdays, 12:30 - 2pm from 16th April 2025. Please attend all sessions to help foster connection.

One of our friendly support workers will lead the walk, offer a listening ear and provide information to support you in your caring role.  Walk routes can be planned to meet the needs of group members, including those using mobility aids and bench rests when needed. A translator can be provided for some languages if required.  Free parking, accessible bus routes and lovely café at the Vassall Centre.

At our ‘Little Stars’ Free SEND Stay and Play Group, we offer a quiet and inviting inclusive space for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive. Our primary focus is to nurture play development in a safe and supportive environment while offering parents a valuable opportunity to connect with one another.

Within our group, you'll find a carefully curated selection of activities designed to stimulate your child's development and engage their senses. Our sensory activities are thoughtfully crafted to cater to various sensory needs, promoting sensory exploration and growth. Some activities include water exploration; painting; sensory playdough and fun shaving foam play!

For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.

AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new beginners online class.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginners class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence.

with the person you care for
Series of six walks to promote well-being and connection in nature.

Why not start the spring by joining a walk in nature with the person you care for?  These small groups provide a chance to explore come beautiful green spaces around the Fishponds area with other carers and dependents.
6 weekly walks on Wednesdays, 12:30 - 2pm from 16th April 2025. Please attend all sessions to help foster connection.

One of our friendly support workers will lead the walk, offer a listening ear and provide information to support you in your caring role.  Walk routes can be planned to meet the needs of group members, including those using mobility aids and bench rests when needed. A translator can be provided for some languages if required.  Free parking, accessible bus routes and lovely café at the Vassall Centre.

For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.

We do a multitude of activities from pool, sports, cooking, crafting, outings etc - our programme is regularly updated using ideas from the young people who attend.

AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new beginners online class.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginners class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence.

At the Robins Foundation, we work with a variety of organisations to provide the best possible opportunities and to make football as accessible as possible. These organisations include Somerset FA, Gloucestershire FA, Imperial Sports Ground, Children In Need, Mencap as well as many others.
All our coaches are experienced in working in disability football. There is no need to sign up in advance, simply turn up and get involved. Project Inc. provides an opportunity for young people and adults with disabilities to participate in fun activities, and develop their fitness, and football skills whilst creating long-lasting friendships.

We’re thrilled to host James Rudge and the UK Paraclimbing Collective at Redpoint Bristol.

‘The UK Paraclimbing Collective is a charity that was set up and runs entirely voluntarily by a group of paraclimbers who feel passionate about improving access to rock climbing. Whether we have a mental or physical health condition, a learning disability, sensory difference, are neurodivergent, or have another disability or condition, we want to show that climbing is for everybody.

Our goal is to bring the wonderful world of paraclimbing to as many people as possible, in a fun, safe, accepting, inclusive and disability-aware space.  We aim to break down some of the barriers that exist for disabled people in accessing our sport, whether that be practical, financial, social, or anything else.’

Super1s cricket sessions at Frenchay Cricket Club on a Monday evening from 6pm, for anyone (aged 12 -25 predominantly) with additional needs.
 
The sessions are free, and enable young people to have the opportunity to try something new, have fun and develop new skills.
 
The Sessions at the cricket club, run until mid August, when we have a short break before resuming indoors in September.
