If you want to get in touch with us, you’re in the right place.

Our admin team works Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm, during term time. We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours. During school holidays, responses may take up to five working days.

You can call us on: 07306650222. We offer suport in English, Somali and Polish. If support is needed in a different language, that can be arranged. Just drop us an email or give us a call to let us know what is needed.

We read every message we receive. Sometimes we record and review enquiries to help us understand what families across Bristol are experiencing and where change is needed.

When we do this, we focus on themes and patterns, and any reporting is anonymised so individuals cannot be identified.
