I joined BPC in November 2024 as part of the Peer Support team – often at our coffee mornings, chatting with fellow parent carers and offering a listening ear. In January 2025, I also joined the Parent Voice team. My role is about making sure parent carers’ voices are not just heard, but truly listened to, when shaping SEND policies and practice.

Outside of BPC, I’m a Youth Worker, supporting young people to thrive and feel seen. And as a parent carer myself, I know firsthand the highs, the hurdles, and everything in between that SEND families experience. That’s why I’m passionate about creating change, so our children and young people have the support and opportunities they deserve.
