Welcome to Educatoin, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Phase Transfer reviews. A phase transfer is when your child moves from one phase of education to another. For example: from nursery or pre-school to primary school or from primary to secondary.

Join Bristol Parent Carers and Kevin McManamon at 7pm on Thursday 10th September.

In this session Kevin will explain about Phase Transfer Reviews, with everything you need to know as a parent. Including how to prepare for the review, processes and timelines that should be followed, and how to navigate the process.

This session will not be recorded.

In this session, we will cover:

• What a phase transfer review is
• What timescales should be adhered to
• How to ask for your preference of educational setting
• How to check the draft and make representations

*Please note, to attend this session you must live in Bristol (your bin will be collected by Bristol City Council), or your child must attend a school in the Bristol city area. You must also have a child with Special Educational Needs, but they do not need to have a diagnosis.
