Every great charity needs great leadership.
We’re looking for new Trustees to join our Board and help shape the future of Bristol Parent Carers. As a Trustee, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we continue to make a meaningful difference for parent carers of children and young people with SEND across Bristol.
Our Trustees provide guidance, support and constructive challenge, helping us stay true to our purpose, make informed decisions and maximise the impact of everything we do. It’s a collaborative role where your ideas, skills and experience can help shape the future of our charity.
You don’t need previous trustee experience. We’re looking for people from a wide range of backgrounds who share our commitment to improving the lives of families with SEND. Whether your expertise is in finance, HR, fundraising, marketing, legal, governance, lived experience, or your local community, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Become a Trustee?
As a Trustee, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop your strategic leadership skills.
- Gain valuable governance experience.
- Expand your professional network.
- Use your knowledge and experience to create positive social impact.
- Help shape the future of a growing, parent-led charity.
It’s a rewarding voluntary role where you’ll work alongside a passionate Board and dedicated staff team, knowing your contribution is helping families across Bristol access the support they need.
If you’ve ever thought about giving back through your skills and experience, becoming a Trustee could be the perfect opportunity.
