Understanding Autistic Masking

Some autistic children work hard to hide their differences so they fit in. This is called masking. Learn why it happens, how it can affect wellbeing, and ways to help your child feel comfortable being themselves.
In this session, you will:
- Understand what masking is.
- Learn why children mask.
- Recognise the impact on wellbeing.
- Explore practical ways to support your child.
Who is this session for?
