We have limited availability for drop-ins on the day. If you don’t have a ticket, please arrive at the below times at We The Curious and speak to the BPC staff on the front desk and they will be happy to help.
If you’ve booked a ticket, please bring it with you on the day, either printed or on your mobile.
- Education staff can arrive from 8:00 am
- Parent carers can arrive from 9:15 am

Coming to the event? This is what you need to know:
📅 When: 3rd March 2025
📍 Where: We The Curious
⏰ Time for education staff: Arrive from 8am, first education talk starts at 8:45am
⏰ Time for families Arrive from 9:15am, first talk starts at 10am
✅ Bring Your Ticket – You’ll need it scanned before entering each room for health & safety. If you can’t find it, check spam or search “Your tickets from Bristol Parent Carers”. If needed, contact us to resend it. Without a ticket, you’ll need to queue for a reprint on the day.
🍽 Food & Drink for education staff – The £35 ticket included a networking breakfast (8:15 – 8:45) and lunch (12:30-1:30pm)
🍽 Food & Drink for families – Lunch isn’t included, but there’s a delicious café onsite and plenty of options nearby.
🚗 Car Parking – The cheapest parking is at City Hall, and the closest is Millennium Square. Full details here: https://www.wethecurious.org/visit-us/plan-your-visit/getting-here
📷 Photographs – if you have opted for no photographs, please collect a lanyard from the check-in desk.
👀 Finding Your Session – Your ticket shows the name of your talk. To find the room, check the brochure above, there will also be copies of the brochure available on the day, so no need to print this.
📍 Getting Around – Some rooms may be tricky to find as the venue is large. For To Youyou Room, the lift and stairs are at the back of the venue. Follow the yellow line on the floor and look for signage.
