We want Bristol’s shared vision for Short Breaks to be written in co-production with parent carers of disabled children and young people. Join our online session to look at Bristol’s current Short Breaks Statement so that we can review the current Statement together and have a conversation about: –
- What needs to be in the Statement
- How it should be written to make it easy for parent carers to understand
