Bristol Parent Carers South Support group, will be taking place at Inns Court Community Centre this week.
The free drop-in session runs from 10.30am – 12.30pm.
The community centre is on Marshall Walk, which has free parking and accessible by the M1 bus.
Come along and chat with other parent carers, have a free ten minute therapy, enjoy free refreshments and access signing posting to support as well as browse resources.
