At our ‘Little Stars’ Free SEND Stay and Play Group, we offer a quiet and inviting inclusive space for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive. Our primary focus is to nurture play development in a safe and supportive environment while offering parents a valuable opportunity to connect with one another.

Within our group, you'll find a carefully curated selection of activities designed to stimulate your child's development and engage their senses. Our sensory activities are thoughtfully crafted to cater to various sensory needs, promoting sensory exploration and growth. Some activities include water exploration; painting; sensory playdough and fun shaving foam play!

For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.

AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new beginners online class.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginners class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence.

This class runs every Tuesday from 6-7pm on Zoom and is free!

We also have a fitness class every Thursday 5:15-6:15pm, this class is free.

We have an intermediate Martial Arts class every Sunday from 9-10am. This class is chargeable at £4, free for members of AMA@HOME.

We cater for ages 8-18, no need to book, first session is free to attend and is 50p a session thereafter, were always excited to welcome new members. 

We do a multitude of activities from pool, sports, cooking, crafting, outings etc - our programme is regularly updated using ideas from the young people who attend.

Adaptive Martial Arts Online Classes
 
AMA have partnered with Access Sport to launch a new beginners online class.

The class is designed to be an interactive beginners class, introducing people to martial arts and self defence. 
​
This class runs every Tuesday from 6-7pm on Zoom and is free!  
​
We also have a fitness class every Thursday 5:15-6:15pm, this class is free. 
​
We have an intermediate Martial Arts class every Sunday from 9-10am. This class is chargeable at £4, free for members of AMA@HOME.

For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.

Our primary focus is to nurture play development in a safe and supportive environment while offering parents a valuable opportunity to connect with one another.

For those seeking moments of peaceful respite, we have a dedicated Sensory Den where children can unwind and recharge. In out den, we have all sorts of sensory lights, sensory bottles, and different material to explore, creating a calming area to relax.

But that's not all! We believe in the power of outdoor play, and our group offers a range of outdoor activities that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and a deeper connection with nature.

Our mission is to create a haven where both children and parents can thrive. As your little ones engage in play, explore sensory experiences, and enjoy the outdoors, parents have the chance to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

The group takes place at Brentry Ln, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6RG, every Tuesday afternoon at 13.30 to 14.30. There is no need to register or sign up, just drop into our weekly sessions.
 
If you know of any children and families who would benefit from our SEND Stay and Play program, then please refer to our group.

At the Robins Foundation, we work with a variety of organisations to provide the best possible opportunities and to make football as accessible as possible. These organisations include Somerset FA, Gloucestershire FA, Imperial Sports Ground, Children In Need, Mencap as well as many others.
All our coaches are experienced in working in disability football. There is no need to sign up in advance, simply turn up and get involved. Project Inc. provides an opportunity for young people and adults with disabilities to participate in fun activities, and develop their fitness, and football skills whilst creating long-lasting friendships. 

We strive to make football available to everyone. No matter your experience or ability everyone is welcome.

Family yoga

A relaxed, fun and informal family yoga class. Suitable for all the family this will be a fun way to introduce yoga to children and a good opportunity for the grown-ups to have a stretch.

Super1s cricket sessions at Frenchay Cricket Club on a Monday evening from 6pm, for anyone (aged 12 -25 predominantly) with additional needs.
 
The sessions are free, and enable young people to have the opportunity to try something new, have fun and develop new skills.
 
The Sessions at the cricket club, run until mid August, when we have a short break before resuming indoors in September.
