Bristol City Council are developing a new online portal for families with special educational needs and disability (SEND), to view the progress of their Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan.
BPC has received a copy of an open letter from Vicky Ford, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families.
